The provisions of the state motor vehicle code, 47 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1-101 et seq., and the "Rules Of The Road", 47 Oklahoma Statutes sections 11-101 et seq., are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and are enforceable by the city within the city limits as fully as if set out at length herein.
