5-3-4: COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS; NONLIABILITY OF CITY:
All members of the emergency management organization created pursuant to this chapter shall serve without compensation, and the city shall not be liable for any personal injury received by any member of such organization while acting in the line of duty. (1985 Code § 13-404; amd. 2007 Code)
