A. Meetings; Officers; Bylaws: The members of the City Housing Standards Board shall meet within thirty (30) days after their appointment and confirmation, and organize by electing from their members a Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary; and shall adopt from time to time such bylaws, rules, and regulations and amendments thereto as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes of the board.
B. Quorum: Three (3) members of the City Housing Standards Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. (Ord. 2017-5, 5-8-2017)
