Members of the City Housing Standards Board shall hold office for a term of three (3) years, with the exception that in the first instance, the two (2) members appointed from Wards 1 and 2 shall be appointed to serve for terms of one (1) year, the two (2) members appointed from Wards 3 and 4 shall be appointed to serve for terms of two (2) years, and the member appointed at large shall serve for a term of three (3) years. Appointments thereafter shall be made for a term of three (3) years; except, when a vacancy occurs, the appointment shall be made to fill the unexpired term. (Ord. 2017-5, 5-8-2017)
