4-1-12: NUISANCE UNLAWFUL:

It is unlawful for any person, including, but not limited to, any owner, lessee, or other person to create or maintain a public nuisance within the City, or to permit a public nuisance to remain on premises under his control within the City. (Ord. 2003-01-08, 8-25-2003)
