4-1-8: ABATEMENT BY SUIT IN DISTRICT COURT:
In cases where it is deemed impractical summarily to abate a nuisance, the City may bring suit in the District Court of the County as provided in 50 Oklahoma Statutes section 17. (1985 Code § 8-409; amd. 2007 Code)
