§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Persons who violate the provisions of § 90.02 of this code shall be subject to a penalty of $50 for the first offense, with the penalty for the next offense of said section in the amount of $      and the third offense shall permit the animal control officer to seize and retain the animal, and the animal shall become the property of the county. In the event that such person has no additional violations of § 90.02 of this code for a period of 12 consecutive months, the penalty for any violation after that period shall start sequence over at the first offense.
   (C)   Persons who violate any provision of § 90.03 of this code shall be subject to a penalty of at least $500 but not more than $1,000 for the first offense, with a penalty for each subsequent offense being $1,000. In the event the person has no additional violations of § 90.03 of this code for a period of 12 consecutive months, the penalty for any violation after that period shall be at least $500 but no more than $1,000 for the first offense, with the penalty for each subsequent offense being $1,000. In addition to the penalties prescribed above, the court may order the offender to personally supervise the dog that he or she owns, keeps or harbors to complete obedience training.
   (D)   Persons who violate any provision of §§ 90.20 through 90.24 or 90.53 of this code shall be subject to a penalty of $10 for the first offense, with the penalty for each subsequent offense increasing by an increment of $10. In the event the person has no additional violations for a period of 12 consecutive months, the penalty for any violation after that period shall be $10 for the first offense, with the penalty for each subsequent offense increasing by an increment of $10.
   (E)   Persons who violate § 90.35 of this code shall be subject to a penalty of $50 for the first offense, with the penalty for each subsequent offense increasing by an increment of $50. In the event the person has no additional violations for a period of 12 consecutive months, the penalty for any violation after that period shall be $50 for the first offense, with the penalty for each subsequent offense increasing by an increment of $50.
   (F)   Persons who violate §§ 90.35 through 90.37 of this code shall be subject to a penalty of up to $500 for each offense.
   (G)   Persons who violate § 90.54(B) of this code shall be subject to a penalty and up to $1,000 for each offense.
