§ 90.37 ANIMALS IN VEHICLES.
   No animals shall be left unattended in a vehicle when the conditions within that vehicle would constitute a health hazard to the animal. No animal shall be left in the back of an open vehicle and animals should be secured as to not permit the animal from jumping from the vehicle.
