931.04 ALLOCATION OF PAYMENTS RECEIVED FOR UTILITIES SERVICES AND RETURNED CHECK FEES.

   (a)   Monies received to be allocated in the following order:

      (1)   First penalty.

      (2)   Second to Waste Refuse Fund.

      (3)   Third to Sewer Fund.

      (4)   Fourth to Water Fund.

   (b)   A thirty-five dollar ($35.00) fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
