1343.01 TECHNICAL CODE ADOPTED.

   Pursuant to Ohio R. C. 731,231, the Ohio Mechanical Code, most current edition, is hereby adopted by reference for the regulation of the installation of all refrigeration devices in the Village with the exception of residential devices.

1343.02 PERMIT FEES.

   As adopted by Council in the Building Department Fee Schedule.

1343.03 SCREENING OF REFRIGERATION DEVICES.

   All roof mounted mechanical equipment shall be fully screened on all four sides, with a height to exceed the installed equipment, by raising the parapet around the top of the building, with material compatible with the building material; see paragraph 1341.02 (h).
