156.01 CREATION; APPOINTMENTS.

(a) Creation. There is hereby created, under the authorization of Section VII of the City Charter, a Commission of five members designated as the "Resource Conservation and Recovery Commission".

(b) Appointments. Appointments to such Commission shall be made under the provisions of Section XIX of the City Charter.
