§ 31.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 31.140 through 31.161 shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation continues.
      (2)   The city shall have the right to enjoin any person or establishment in the event violations occur on a continuing basis.
