§ 31.140 POSITION OF HEALTH INSPECTOR CREATED.
   (A)   There is hereby created the position of City Health Inspector.
   (B)   The City Health Inspector(s) shall be part of the Oak Forest Building Department.
   (C)   The city shall have full-time or part-time Health Inspectors as deemed necessary by the Mayor and City Council from time to time.
