GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 130.01  CRIMINAL CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   Except insofar as the application thereof is clearly impractical or inappropriate, in view of the context of purposes or penalty as provided, all of the definitions, requirements, regulations, prohibitions, penalties, provisions and sections of the Utah Criminal Code (UCA Title 76), as amended, are hereby adopted by the town. Any and all violations thereof shall be considered violations of this section, and each such violation shall subject the violator thereof to penalty provisions under this section if proceeded hereunder.

§ 130.02  DISCHARGING FIREARMS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any kind of firearm from an automobile or other vehicle or to discharge a firearm from upon or across any highway. It shall also be unlawful for any person to discharge any rifle, gun or pistol within the limits of the town, except within an approved facility and except in self-defense; or, in the case of any peace officer or animal control officer, in the discharge of his or her duties.

CURFEW FOR MINORS
§ 130.15  PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is designed to curtail vandalism and other incidents detrimental to the well-being and safety of citizens of the town by prohibiting juveniles from remaining idly and purposelessly on the public streets late at night.
