§ 130.16  HOURS ESTABLISHED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Established.
      (1)   Sunday through Thursday, it shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 18 years to remain or loiter upon any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys, parks or other public places in the town between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day.
      (2)   Friday and Saturday, it shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 18 years to remain or loiter upon any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys, parks or other public places in the town between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day.
   (B)   Exceptions. The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to any circumstances in which the minor is:
      (1)   Accompanied by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult having care and custody of such minor;
      (2)   Engaged in a legitimate trade, employment or occupation which requires the minor’s presence in or on the sidewalks, streets, alleys, parks or other public places while working or traveling to or from such employment;
      (3)   Engaged in an errand directed by the minor’s parent, guardian or other responsible person having care and custody;
      (4)   In a motor vehicle engaged in normal travel beginning in, traveling through or ending in the town;
      (5)   Attending any religious, municipal, social, entertainment, sporting, political, library or school function or engaged in travel between such a function and the minor’s place of residence; or
      (6)   Within the immediate vicinity of the minor’s place of residence.
