(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 112.50 through 112.52 and § 112.60, including the parking regulations established by order of the Chief of Police pursuant to § 112.60 hereof, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day a violation is found to exist shall constitute a separate offense. The owner of any property for which a garage sale is advertised shall be responsible for all posting of any signs advertising such garage sale and shall be responsible for any unlawful posting.
