§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other entity recognized in law who violates any provision of the ordinances of the city for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750. Each and very day that a violation occurs or exists shall constitute a separate and distinct offense for which a fine may be imposed upon conviction. In addition to the penalties provided herein, the city shall have available to it all remedies in law or in equity or as may be otherwise provided for by the ordinances of the city.
   (B)   In addition to or in lieu of any fine or penalty imposed pursuant to division (A) of this section, any city ordinance, or any other provision of this code, for a violation of such an ordinance or provision of this code, a court may enter a disposition of supervision upon a plea of guilty, upon a stipulation by the defendant as to the facts supporting the charge, or upon a finding of guilty by the court. Pursuant to such disposition of supervision, the court shall defer entering any judgement on the charges until the conclusion of the period of supervision. At the conclusion of the period of supervision, if the court determines that the defendant has successfully complied with all of the conditions of supervision, the court shall discharge the defendant and enter a judgment dismissing the charges. At the conclusion of the period of supervision, if the court determines that the defendant has not successfully complied with all the conditions of supervision, the court shall impose a penalty appropriate for the violation in accordance with the provisions of the pertinent city ordinance or provision of this code. For purposes of this section SUPERVISION shall mean a disposition of conditional and revocable release, without probationary supervision, but under such conditions and reporting requirements as are imposed by the court, at the successful conclusion of which disposition, the defendant is discharged and a judgment dismissing the charges is entered.
