8-5-4: STARTING WORK WITHOUT PERMIT:
In addition to the fees and charges listed in section 8-5-2 of this chapter, a fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be charged to an applicant who begins work without a permit. (Ord. G-907, 12-8-2009)
