804.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 804.02 is guilty of operating an alarm system without a valid permit, a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 804.04 is guilty of operating an alarm system without a valid permit, a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (c)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 804.05 is guilty of operating an alarm system without a valid permit, a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (d)   Whoever violates Section 804.08 is guilty of operating an improper alarm system, a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.
