(a) The Police Chief or the Fire Chief may revoke any permit issued by him or her under the provisions of this chapter for any of the following reasons:
(1) Providing false information of a substantive nature on the application for a permit or a renewal;
(2) Failing to pay the fees for deceptive alarms within forty-five days of the invoicing date;
(3) The repeated or flagrant failure to comply with alarm response procedures of the Police or Fire Division; and
(4) Having six deceptive alarms in a twelve-month period.
(b) If a permit is revoked under this section, the alarm system must be turned off or otherwise disabled within ten days of the date of revocation.
