208.03 FEES IN THE GENERAL OFFENSES CODE.
   (a)   Registration of Horses (618.13). The fee for a permit to keep a horse or other equine animal in the City shall be thirty-nine dollars ($39.00).
   (b)   Storage of Animals in Animal Pound or Kennel (618.17). The fee for impounding and storing an animal in an animal kennel shall be a standard charge of six dollars ($6.00) plus seventeen dollars ($17.00) per day or part thereof that such animal is impounded.
   (c)   Noise Variances (633.19). The fee for a variance to exceed the noise limitations set forth in Chapter 633 of the General Offenses Code shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
   (d)   False Alarms (648.091). The fee to be charged for a response by the City to six or more false alarms in any calendar year shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for the sixth alarm in any calendar year and fifty dollars ($50.00) for each additional alarm in any calendar year.
   (e)   Possession of Dangerous Ordnance (672.07). The fee for a license to possess dangerous ordnance shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). The fee for a temporary permit to possess dangerous ordnance shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
   (f)   Noxious Weeds and Litter (674.04). Expenses and labor costs incurred by the City for removing noxious weeds and/or litter shall be charged to the owner or other person failing to comply with the notice to remove the same at the going rate. See Section 208.08(k).
