§ 6-18 GLASS CONTAINERS.
   The possession of glass beverage or glass food containers on town-owned or town-operated beaches within the town, or on beach access areas, the town-operated bathhouse or town parking areas is unlawful. Any person in possession of a glass food or glass beverage container within or on such areas shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
