§ 2-86 VIOLATORS OF THE ARTICLE.
   (a)   Repeated violations of this article or any other ordinance will be considered in performance evaluations and may subject the employee to disciplinary action.
   (b)   Any employee who makes a formal complaint regarding violations of this article or any other ordinance shall not be subject to disciplinary action or termination for filing the complaint.
