§ 2-85 PERMITTED.

   (a)   Smoking is permitted:

      (1)   Outside town buildings in designated smoking areas and away from main entrances utilized by the public;

      (2)   During outside work assignments on or off city property; and

      (3)   Prior to and after work, and during authorized breaks and lunch.

   (b)   Examples:

      (1)   Firefighters who work 24-hour shifts may smoke outside the fire station before work and after work, and during designated breaks and lunch; and

      (2)   Maintenance workers may smoke while working outside, and while conducting clean up.
