§ 2-83 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   EMPLOYEES. Those actually employed by the town, either permanent, temporary, part-time or volunteer.

   PUBLIC. Visitors and others not considered town employees.

   SMOKELESS TOBACCO. Products such as snuff and chewing tobacco.

   SMOKING. Carrying or possessing any lighted tobacco product including cigars, cigarettes and pipes.
