§ 2-99 EFFECT OF DECLARATION.
   The declaration issued under this article may prohibit or restrict all or any of the following:
   (a)   Movements of people in public places.
   (b)   The operation of offices, business establishments and other places to or from which people may travel or at which they may congregate.
   (c)   Other activities or conditions the control of which may be reasonably necessary to maintain order and protect lives or property during the state of emergency, within the area designated in the declaration.
   (d)   The declaration issued under this article may direct a voluntary or mandatory evacuation of all or part of the town.
   (e)   Rescue or any other emergency services may not be provided dependent upon the nature of the conditions during the time period when the state of emergency declaration is in effect.
