(a) The Board of Aldermen shall consist of six members: five Aldermen and a Mayor.
(b) Beginning at the regular municipal election to be held in 1991, and every four years thereafter, two members of the Board of Aldermen shall be elected to serve for four-year terms. Beginning at the regular municipal election to be held in 1993, and every four years thereafter, three members of the Board of Aldermen shall be elected to serve for four-year terms.
(c) The qualified voters of the entire town elect the Mayor. The Mayor shall be elected every two years for a two-year term.
