§ 6-146 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ROTATION LIST. The list of eligible wrecker or towing services or persons who meet the criteria of this article.
   WRECKER APPLICANT or APPLICANT. Any person or company that can provide wrecker and towing service within the town.
