Any activity requiring a building or zoning permit that occurs other than between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, on Saturdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and on Sundays between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. provided that the Town Manager or designee approves a request submitted by the permit holder, indicating the compelling reasons shall be deemed a violation of this article.
