§ 6-111 OBSERVANCE OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
   Any person operating a bicycle shall be required to observe traffic-control signals in the same manner as is required of motor vehicles and shall also be required to have such bicycle under complete control before entering any arterial highway within the town.
