§ 1.13 APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS.
   Unless specified otherwise by statute or local ordinance, all appointments to boards authorized by G.S. Ch. 160D shall be made by the Board of Aldermen. The Board of Aldermen may establish reasonable procedures to solicit, review, and make appointments.
