1630.11 TERMINATION.

   The Safety Director or their designee may, at their discretion, terminate any Volunteer from the CERT organization.

1630.99 PENALTIES.

   Any person who violates Section 1630.05 and fails to return the North Royalton CERT Identification Card will be subject to a replacement fee which will be determined by the Director of Public Safety.
