832.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   No person shall violate or participate in the violation of any of the provisions of this Code or rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
   (b)   Whoever knowingly and willfully violates any of the provisions of this Code, shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned for not more than six months or both. Each day for which a person is charged shall constitute a separate offense subject to a separate penalty.
   (c)   Whoever violates Section 832.21 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined in accordance with Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues to occur.
   (d)   In addition to the above penalties any person who violates any of the provisions of this Code or any rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto shall be subject to an order of a court of competent jurisdiction when appropriate in granting equitable relief to insure justice with regard to the transaction which is the subject of the violation of this Code or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto.
