Every person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation subject to Section 832.18, shall, during the hours when such business is open to the general public, have available on the premises equipment normally and customarily used for inflating automobile tires, in good working order, and shall permit any operator of an automobile to use such equipment upon request. Air pumps shall be located to provide easy access for customer use.
