(a) Pursuant to the Charter of the City of North Royalton, these Codified Ordinances and the applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, the power, authority and responsibility of the Director of Public Safety is hereby vested in the Mayor.
(b) Any and all duties, powers, authority and responsibilities vested in the Director of Public Safety, in these Codified Ordinances or in the Planning and Zoning Code of the City are hereby vested in the Mayor.
