230.02 ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACTS.
   Wherever in Ohio R.C. 735.05 through 735.09, the Director of Public Service is required to give notice, receive bids, administer contracts and bidding procedures or perform other duties, such duties shall be performed by the Mayor.
