(A) Any person accused of a violation of a motor vehicle parking ordinance or duly established parking regulation of the city may appear before the Traffic Violations Bureau of the city’s Police Department and waive arraignment and right to hearing and enter a plea of guilty by payment to the city, in those complaints involving a violation of a parking ordinance or regulation, the sum of $5 if payment is received within 5 days after issuance of the traffic citation as described in this subchapter, or the sum of $10 if payment is not received within 5 days but is received within 15 days after issuance.
(B) A fine of $100 shall apply to the following violations:
(1) Violation of § 94.041, fire lanes.
(2) Violation of Ch. 78, Sch. I, prohibited parking zones- parking on Newberry Access.
(3) Violation of § 76.03, reservation of parking spaces for use by handicapped persons.
(C) A fine of $35 shall apply to the following violations:
(1) Violation of the city’s Emergency Snow Ordinance.
(2) Violation of § 76.15, parking trucks in residential districts.
(3) Violation of § 76.21, parking of boats and boat trailers.
(4) Violation of § 76.22, parking and storing of RVs (recreational vehicles).
(D) If payment is not made within 15 days after issuance of any citation referred to in this section, prosecution shall be in the courts in the same manner as other ordinance violations.
