(A) Fire lanes are authorized by § 503 of the International Fire Code 2003 adopted by reference in § 94.020.
(B) Fire lanes are established by resolution passed by the Mayor and City Council as follows:
(1) Mid-Plains Community College Voc-Tech Campus: The alleyway between the north wall of the main building and the south wall of the building directly north.
(2) Mall: 21 feet of clear space perpendicular to the building.
(3) Great Plains Regional Medical Center: Roadway parallel and adjacent to the main entrance to the south side of the building and roadway parallel and adjacent to the west side of the building.
(4) North Platte Care Centre: The entrance and exit traffic lanes.
(5) South Platte Terrace: The entrance and exit traffic lanes that circumvent the apartment buildings.
(6) Craft State Office Building: The south side of B Street from the intersection of B and Silber Streets to the west parking entrance, and 15 feet on either side of the main entrance on Silber Street.
(7) Downtown Parkade Plaza: 21 feet of clear space perpendicular to the south side of the building and 15 feet of clear space perpendicular to building on each side of the Fire Department sprinkler connections on the north side of the building.
(8) Platteview Apartments: 12 feet on each side of the fire hydrant and 16 feet west of the entrance to the parking lot.
(9) South Oak Manor: The drive beginning at William Street and proceeding south for a distance of 90 feet, a width of 25 feet beginning at South Oak Street and proceeding in a westerly direction for the distance of 221 feet in length; and the service drive on the west side of the building 14-1/2 feet wide and 66 feet long.
(10) ShopKo: 20 feet of clear space adjacent to the building.
(11) Linden Manor: One parking stall to the west and east of the driveway on the north side of the building.
(12) Walmart: 20 feet of clear space perpendicular to the west side of the building and 15 feet of clear space perpendicular to the building on either side of the Fire Department sprinkler connection.
(13) U-Save: 20 feet of clear space perpendicular to the south side of the building.
(14) Centennial Park Retirement Village: North sidewalk north of the building and 15 feet either side and in front of the fire hydrant.
(15) Pawnee Retirement Hotel: Starting on the west side of the south entrance, then east to the street corner.
(16) North Platte public schools: As posted.
(17) Northwest corner of East Fifth Street and North Bailey Avenue (north side of East Fifth Street in front of 221 and 225 East Fifth Street.
(18) Thirty-two feet west of the end of return on the northwest corner of 5th Street and Sycamore Street.
