No motor carrier shall stop or park a truck tractor, semi-trailer, common carrier or contract carrier on or in any residential street or alley, except in compliance with traffic control devices, and except when making a pickup or delivery, and no such vehicle shall use or employ any portion of the parking space in the residential districts of the municipality, except while making a pickup or delivery. Definitions found in Neb. RS 75-302 shall apply to the terms used herein.
