§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 50.02 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (C)   Any violation of § 50.03 shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $25 and costs, which shall increased at the discretion of the village.
   (D)   (1)   Each day’s violation of the provisions of § 50.04(D) or (E) may be treated as a separate and distinct offense.
      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 50.04 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not in excess of $25, which shall increased at the discretion of the village. Each day such a violation continues may be treated as a separate offense.
