Minimum street pavement widths shall conform to the standards given in Section 1111.06 to 1111.16, inclusive. Where pavement widths greater than those specified in Sections 1111.10 to 1111.12 are deemed necessary by the City Engineer and approved by the Planning Commission, the developer shall bear the extra cost of providing a greater than the minimum pavement width required by these Regulations.
