1111.12 STREETS FOR COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISIONS.

Streets serving business developments and accessory parking areas shall be planned to connect with City streets so as not to generate traffic on local residential streets. The City Engineer must review and approve all designs. Cost for City review by City Engineer/firm to be borne by developer.
