(a) The design and improvements standards for intersections are minimums for all street intersections in subdivisions. All such intersections shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the standards as specified in Table 2.
(b) Multiple intersections involving junctions of more than two streets shall be avoided.
(c) Four-way intersections of local streets should be avoided and three-way or T-intersections should be encouraged wherever possible.
