Any person, firm, organization or corporation who knowingly makes any false statement, falsifies or permits to be falsified any record of this fund, in any attempt to defraud the fund, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, and be subject to penalties as provided in the Kentucky Revised Statutes, and the fund shall have the right to recover any payments made under false representations.
