§ 51.02 INFILTRATION OF RAINWATER INTO SANITARY SEWERS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The connection of roof downspouts, foundation drains, and other clear water run-offs into the sanitary sewers of the municipality is prohibited.
   (B)   No new tie-ins of roof downspouts, foundation drains, or other clear water run-offs, shall be made into the sanitary sewers of the municipality after the effective date of this section.
   (C)   All pre-existing connections of roof downspouts, foundation drains, and other clear water run-off connections must be disconnected from the sanitary sewers of the municipality within 60 days from the effective date of this section. All disconnections shall be made at the property owner’s expense.
   (D)   Municipal employees may enter onto real property to inspect to assure that all pre-existing connections have been disconnected from the sanitary sewer system. Municipal employees shall be admitted to all residences in the municipality at reasonable hours to inspect to assure that there are no interior connections of roof downspouts, foundation drains, and other clear water connections with the sanitary sewers of the municipality.
