(A) Whosoever adds a new connection of a roof downspout, foundation drain, or other clear water run-off to the sanitary sewers of the municipality, in violation of § 51.03, after the effective date of that section shall be fined $100 for each day the connections exist. Whosoever fails to disconnect such connections from the sanitary sewers within the 60-day period provided for in § 51.03(C) shall be fined $15 a day for every day after the 60-day period for which the disconnection is not completed.

(B) Any person or persons, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of these regulations shall be fined upon conviction of theft, unauthorized use of property or criminal damaging.
