§ 33.52 MEMBERS.

   (A)   The following members are hereby appointed to the New Lebanon Wellhead Protection Advisory Committee:

      (1)   The Mayor;

      (2)   The Municipal Manager;

      (3)   The Service Director; and,

      (4)   The Fire Chief.

   (B)   In addition, one member of the New Lebanon Wellhead Protection Advisory Committee will be designated by each of the following:

      (1)   Montgomery County Commission, to represent the interests of the Center for Adolescent Services and the land currently leased for future County operations;

      (2)   Montgomery County Soil & Water District;

      (3)   New Lebanon Board of Education;

      (4)   Perry Township Board of Trustees; and,

      (5)   Jackson Township Board of Trustees.
