(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person or persons found in violation of § 97.10 shall be fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98 for each day the offense continues.

(C) Any person, upon conviction of a violation of § 97.12, may also be fined as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98, and each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
