§ 52.25 WATER MAINS; PROPERTY OF WATER UTILITY.
   (A)   Water main extensions shall be made in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the Town Council of the town.
   (B)   Water main extensions made in accordance with §§ 52.20 through 52.22 shall be and become a part of the municipal waterworks system of the town, and shall be and remain the property of the water utility of the town.
