Each user shall pay a minimum charge in accordance with the applicable size of meter installed, as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98, for which the user will be entitled to the quantity of water set out in the schedule of rates set forth in § 52.01, effective on the first full billing after adoption of Ord. 1340.
